The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, even I check in on high peak time of Christmas, The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided, including complimentary Wi-Fi and toiletries-however there are some issues faced of housekeeping especially vacuuming and refilling toiletries, but I can exceed my expectations. The breathtaking view from my window added to the overall experience. The front hotel view has some construction although the side view covers the business bay with harbor. You can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. The staff at S19 Al Jaddaf were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist. Special shoutout to Mr. Fehan at Reception for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the Metro and total 6-10 minutes’ drive to Burj Khalifa – The Frame- Wafi Mall – The museum etc etc. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained. Although the pool is considered small size however watchguard is available at all. I enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa within walking distance from the hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The on-site dining options were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and BBQ dinner. There are serval restaurants and cafés available on walking distance including medical and grocery shop. While the cost was on the higher side, the overall experience justified the expense. I felt I received excellent value for my money. Without a doubt, I highly recommend S19 Al Jaddaf to fellow travelers, especially families. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would gladly stay here again.

The entire experience was flawless. Deserves 5 stars. The receptionists on duty are all professional, helpful & eloquent. The room was cleaned & arranged, water & stuff replenishment was daily. Everything was clean & pristine. At the Fusion restaurant Ei Ei was very thoughtful & caring of my preferences & also the other gentleman on duty I may have skipped his name now. I was impressed by their kindness & professional demeanor. That's true customer service. I also enjoyed using the gym & I am happy with the condition of the equipment there as well. The pool is clean & everything is in order. I absolutely love this hotel & it's proximity to the train & all of it's amazing Wonderful Staff. Thank you all for making this a good experience for me & I'll be definitely returning here God Bless you all!

very clean room, staff super nice. Brenda was very helpful with accessing the room when I forgot my key and very solution driven even tho she didn't have access to make me a new key she brought me to the room with master key immediately so I didnt have to wait. The housekeeping staff Ishwor and Shira did excellent job every day the room was impeccable. Thank you for taking such good care of the cleaning. When my shower door leaked a little water outside the maintenance service was sent immediately to remedy the issue.
